Yay! Another AFD
Hmm.. personally, I liked the music just fine. I also liked faster pace of the previous versions, but what can I say? Even though it was slower paced, I thought that it ended up fitting nicely with the direction of the flash and the style of the individual parts.
In the next version, I would like to see a little more more shock value personally. Just my preference. I mean, if its just for fun, I say go far.
The direction I believe was good. Spreading out Helbereth's part like that was excellent, though doing this with other parts might have enhanced the suspense a bit.
I have always liked how the authors reply to every single comment. Good to see you keeping this tradition alive.
I assume PimpinJ used the v-cam to change the perspective on his robot (I assume that this was how he did it). Excellent call. It was simple, but greatly enhanced the delivery of his part.
I noticed that AFD seems to get unfairly downvoted for a lot of stupid reasons. Eventually, AFD will gather such a huge fanbase that hopefully it can overcome the effect of stupid voters.
I know you just take what is submitted, but a preloader game would be awesome. Some people might get disappointed to go from having a preloader game to not having one.
I think calling popular flashes like Brakenwood a "fad" fits with the dark theme and slightly rebellious attitude here. Too bad others can't understand this and appreciate it like me.
LOL, this review is so incoherent. Sorry for making you read these all of these totally random and nonsensical ramblings. Take all of this with a grain of salt because I have absolutely no experience making flash.
On another note, I thought that this flash deserved more than just a nod from Tom. Hopefully, he will try to promote the next one as much as possible. This series and the authors certainly deserve it.
